1. What we provide
Hunr connects customers with independent, verified professionals for home services. We are an introducer, not a party to the service contract between you and the professional.
2. Creating an account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Using the service
When you submit a request, professionals may respond with quotes or availability. You choose whom to book. Any payment is handled directly between you and the professional, unless a payment method is offered by Hunr, in which case Hunr processes the payment on your behalf.
4. Reviews and content
You may review a professional after a completed service. Reviews must be honest and based on a real, completed job. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.
5. Professional standards
Professionals must be verified and must perform services competently and safely. We are not liable for the quality of third-party services.
6. Fees
Browsing is free. Any service fees, commissions or booking fees (if applicable) are shown before you pay.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunr's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if anything) for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may stop using Hunr at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
